It’s International Dance Day! A day to celebrate the diverse styles of dance out there. I’m not much of a dancer myself, but I’m always willing to give it a shot. What styles of dance do you all enjoy?
Congratulations to the victory of Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney in the latest election. As a disabled American on Medicare and Medicaid, the turmoil being caused currently by the Trump administration threatens my ability to afford the medications I need to survive. If that happens, my next option would be applying for medical asylum in Canada so that I could continue to receive the prescriptions I need to survive. So it’s a relief for me knowing that Maple Maga didn’t take hold in this election.
Amazon launched their answer to Starlink and I’m excited to see how it goes. I think it’s great that there’s now competition preventing a monopoly in the American Market on that front. I’m not a huge fan of Musk or Bezos, but if I had to pick a side, I’d prefer to see Amazon thrive, I think.
