It’s National Arbor Day! As a cultural Druid and active member of the Order of Bards, Ovates, and Druids, it is with great joy that I celebrate the trees. This is an integral part of Druid philosophy. I encourage everyone to take some time today to appreciate the trees, care for them, and possibly plant one if you have the means! As a Wisconsinite who’s lived in the Milwaukee area in the past, I find it concerning that the FBI is going after a Milwaukee judge for allegedly obstructing a search for an immigrant that was in her courthouse for a hearing. Normally I’d have no problem with an investigation. However, given the reckless apprehension of people within our borders that are not getting due process and are being unlawfully sent to well known inhumane prisons in other countries alongside all of the clear partisan firings of competent FBI agents with someone like Kash Patel running the organization, I have no trust or confidence in this process. Whether there is real guilt in this situation or not, the ruination of the integrity of the FBI means that any ruling cannot be trusted and thus poses a threat to our judicial system, BBC News
Lieutenant General Yaroslav Moskalik, as senior Russian official who worked as the Deputy Chief of Russia’s Main Operations Directorate. This means he had direct influence in Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. He was assassinated by a car bomb today. The Kremlin has attempted to claim this is a Ukrainian terrorist attack. This is nothing but propaganda. There is currently no indication of the culprit, and an attack on military leadership involved in an active invasion is not terrorism. Period. BBC News #SlavaUkraini
